Creditcard
Your creditcard is passed on to the hotel through the Security-Server.

The details of your card are protected against abuse. The creditcard is the guarantee for the hotel up to your arrival. The hotel debits from your account just at the time of your departure.

Reservation, cancellation and change of your reservation are free of charge!
Your reservation, a necessary cancellation or a change of the booking are free of charge. Please pay attention to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

The confirmation of your reservation 
You’ll receive the confirmation of your reservation within a few hours, after the hotel you wanted got your personal facts. The indicated amount in ATS (for the stay overnight and the parking) is binding for the hotel.

Payment
Indicated prices in ATS are obligatory, the rate of exchanges in other currencies depend on the current rate (excluded are obvious mistakes).

You have to pay on the day of your departure.
